COORDINATION AND DISSEMINATION
This subproject acts as central support for administration and communication, as well as, a link to subcontracted partners for dissemination and patient perspective.
AIMS AND OBJECTIVES
- It ensures contingency within and across subprojects.
- It supports the translation of NAMIBIO’s results into meaningful products and ensures its delivery to the target population.
- The operational day-to-day activities within the subproject
- Act as the communication hub between the subprojects and between the NAMIBIO App Consortium as a whole
- Sub-contracted partners for dissemination activities and patient perspective.
- Prepare and coordinate regulatory documents for biosample and data transfer between partners following necessary regulations
- Help in preparation of forms and other documents as well as to help the involved PIs in the coordination of the legal process, which likely involves legal departments of the respective institutions.
- Includes the collation of necessary information for reporting to the funding agency
- Includes the organization of meetings and keeping minutes of the regular telephone/video conferences every month as well as face-to-face meetings of all Partners.
